Bilingual Inbound Sales Agent Job Offer (Travel & Resort Marketing) · Location: Medellín On site

Contract: Indefinite term from day one

Schedules: Monday to Monday (2 days off per week)

• Shift 1: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
• Shift 2: 2:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m.

About the position:

We are looking for a bilingual Inbound Sales Agent (advanced English B2+/C1) with experience in closing telephone sales in call center environments. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, closing sales of vacation packages, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer.

Main responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls: manage inquiries and close sales of vacation packages.
• Qualify customers: apply established criteria to identify opportunities.
• CRM Management: record reservations, payments, and documentation.
• Process compliance: ensure quality and regulations.
• Customer experience: provide warm and professional attention.

Profile we are looking for:

• Advanced English B2+ C2 indispensable.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in inbound telephone sales and in a call center.
• Handling of CRM, Excel, email, and dialing systems.
• Ability to handle objections, request payments, and meet commercial goals.
• Availability to work weekends.
