We are looking for a Benefits Associate, a detail-oriented, analytical, and organized person to help ensure the accuracy of our internal processes through the review, validation, and auditing of documentation and invoices related to corporate benefits.

This position has a strong focus on document control, information reconciliation, and detection of inconsistencies, working with different internal areas to ensure the accuracy of records and payments.

Main responsibilities

  • Audit and reconcile invoices and documentation related to corporate benefits.
  • Compare information between internal systems and external portals to identify differences or inconsistencies.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve discrepancies found during the review processes.
  • Validate client information through reports and tracking tools.
  • Keep records, controls, and reports updated in Smartsheet and other internal platforms.
  • Manage cases, requests, and administrative processes, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Work together with internal teams and leaders to resolve findings and ensure information integrity.
  • Support internal audits and document quality control processes.

Profile we are looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative areas, document auditing, quality control, reconciliations, accounting processes, or information review.
  • Experience validating, auditing, or managing documentation and invoices.
  • Analytical capacity to detect inconsistencies and perform data investigations.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Intermediate - advanced English (B2+).
  • Technical or technological training in administrative, accounting, financial, or related areas.
