Associate Researcher/English C1/Healthcare Outreach

About the position
We are looking for a highly communicative, proactive, and results-oriented Associate Researcher to join our team. This role is responsible for establishing contact with healthcare professionals, coordinating their participation in research projects, and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the entire process.
The ideal candidate has an advanced English level (C1), a great ability to navigate professional conversations, and a confident and assertive personality. They will have frequent interaction with different stakeholders, so they must be able to communicate ideas clearly, build trust, and act with autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Contact healthcare professionals via calls and email to invite them to participate in research projects.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews according to the participants' availability.
- Provide an outstanding service experience in every interaction.
- Keep documentation up to date and follow up on outreach and research activities.
- Participate in quality, feedback, and continuous improvement sessions with leaders and peers.
- Support different projects and processes related to research and outreach.
- Attend team and company meetings.
- Fulfill other assigned activities related to the position.
Requirements
Essential
- Advanced English C1 (oral and written)
- High capacity for communication and interpersonal relationship building
- Personal confidence, autonomy, and a sense of ownership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work toward objectives
- Experience providing customer service or performing outreach, research, recruiting, consultative sales, or similar activities
- Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel
Desirable
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Calendly.
- Experience in research, healthcare, or related market environments.
- Ease in giving and receiving feedback professionally.
