Warehouse Operative

Stores Operative Rugby – Near Hillmorton/Houlton (remote location – own transport essential) Temp-Perm OR Permanent from day 1 Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30 £26,600+ (negotiable DOE) We are currently hiring for a Warehouse/Stores Operative to work for a unique, interesting business in the outskirts of Rugby. This is a very remote site therefore we are looking for an individual with their own transport. This role would also include driving a 3.5 luton van. This role would appeal to individuals who enjoy working in small, creative collaborative team. Please note this is not a pristine warehouse environment, this role is working within a workshop/storage facility. Duties will include: Delivering/collecting fragile, handmade goods to different locations across the UK Stock counting and updating inventory data Quality checking and packing products Booking deliveries with couriers Unloading raw material deliveries (manual handling of wood products) Operating the Counterbalance once inhouse assessed/trained. What do I need to be considered? Warehouse experience is not essential for this role, training will be provided however the below criteria is essential:

Full UK driver’s license (Age 25+ for insurance) Own reliable transport due to site location Friendly, confident team player Fantastic communication skills – you may be speaking with suppliers/customers at times and may have to describe products. IT literate Happy with consistent manual handling of aprox 15kg What do you get in a return?
