Operation and Maintenance Engineer

> Monitor daily plant performance and system alarms via monitoring platform. > Prepare monthly/annually/maintenance reports. > Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule. > Supervise subcontractors during site maintenance activities. > Conduct testing (IV curve, insulation, thermo scan) to verify system health. > Investigate performance issues and propose corrective actions. > Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records. > Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. > Support warranty claims, spare parts planning, and performance audits.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (or related field). Knowledge of PV system components, grid interconnection, and safety procedures. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with reporting tools. Ability to work independently and travel to site locations.
