IT Project Manger (Mid Level)

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a must
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT/Technology projects.
• Experienced in managing projects end-to-end, from initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, go-live, to project closing.
• Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong skills in managing scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and project quality.
• Experienced in managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Able to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and project documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, ClickUp, or similar

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT project delivery from initiation through project closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and budgets.
• Ensure project delivery meets agreed scope, timeline, quality, budget, and contractual commitments.
• Manage project resources, workload, and resource utilization.
• Monitor budget utilization, planned vs. actual effort, project progress, and overall performance.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and management.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure proper execution of testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, handover, and closing.
• Prepare and present project status, risk/issue reports, and management updates.
• Ensure complete and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve efficient delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and successful project outcomes.
