Backend Developer Golang

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Golang.
• Proficient in at least one programming language, preferably Golang, with additional experience in C++, C, or Python.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of caching, code optimization, API development, and system integration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to complete tasks within agreed timelines.
• Knowledge of server management and deployment is a plus.
• Able to use AI tools as a supporting tool to improve productivity and problem-solving, while maintaining independent technical judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve backend services, primarily using Golang.
• Design, implement, and manage integrations with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Develop and maintain reliable API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Improve application performance through caching, code optimization, and efficient backend architecture.
• Troubleshoot backend issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within agreed timelines and communicate progress clearly with the team.
• Use AI tools responsibly to support development productivity while maintaining code quality and technical ownership.
