Speech Therapist

Job description

We are looking for an experienced speech and language therapist to provide home-based therapy for our 3-year-old daughter in JVC, Dubai.

Our daughter is 3 years and 4 months old and has a cognitive and psychomotor developmental delay. She is currently non-verbal, and we are looking for a therapist with genuine experience supporting young children with developmental delays and neurodivergence.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with children with developmental delays and/or neurodivergent children.

Experience working with non-verbal or minimally verbal children.

Experience in early intervention and language/communication development.

Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is highly desirable.

Patient, warm, engaging and genuinely passionate about working with young children.

Willing to travel to JVC, Dubai for home-based sessions.

Relevant qualifications and professional certification/licensing in speech and language therapy.

Schedule & compensation:

Home-based therapy in JVC

Two sessions per week

AED 2500-3000 per month

We are looking for someone interested in a consistent, ongoing commitment.

We are looking for a therapist who can build a trusting relationship with our daughter and work closely with us as parents, helping us understand how to support her communication and language development at home as well.
