Technical Consultant

PT Solusi Tiga Selaras (Solutif) is looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team!

If you have a technical background, strong problem-solving skills, and are comfortable supporting technical operations onsite, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do: 🔹 Conduct technical requirement gathering and solution analysis 🔹 Perform application testing and production system support 🔹 Work closely with business process, design, and various teams 🔹 Support and execute developer-related tasks 🔹 Analyze technical issues and identify the initial root cause 🔹 Monitor operational processes and respond to issues directly 🔹 Follow industry best practices and applicable standards 🔹 Focus on Genesys Technical Consultant & SCX following standard IFT

What We’re Looking For: ✅ Open to fresh graduates with at least 6 months of internship, project, or work experience in a similar or relevant field ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ✅ Proficient in Excel for data processing and daily/monthly reporting ✅ Good teamwork skills and experience working in teams ✅ Willing to work onsite in BSD & Gondangdia ✅ Own laptop
