Equipment Monitoring Operator - San Jose, Pozos de Santa Ana

MISSION:

Monitor and follow up in real time on the operational status of equipment through John Deere telematics platforms, providing proactive support, generating quotes for spare parts or services, and coordinating preventive actions to maximize the availability and productivity of the machinery.

FUNCTIONS:

• Monitor equipment in real time through digital and telematics platforms.
• Detect alerts, failures, error codes, and critical events.
• Contact customers via calls, email, and WhatsApp to inform them of incidents and recommendations.
• Generate quotes for spare parts, maintenance, and repairs.
• Provide commercial and technical follow-up on detected opportunities.
• Coordinate with workshop, sales, and technical service.
• Maintain control of preventive maintenance and equipment working hours.
• Prepare operational reports and indicator tracking.
• Maintain history and traceability of each equipment attended.
• Promote preventive maintenance and reduction of downtime.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technician or advanced student in: Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Administration with technical experience.
• Management of telematics or GPS platforms
• Minimum 1 year of experience in equipment monitoring and performing quotes and after-sales follow-up.
• Possess a valid B1 driver's license
• Intermediate English 50%
• Valid passport
• Reside in San José.
