Reverse Logistics Supervisor

Functions and Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the refurbishment of recovered equipment, guaranteeing proactivity, productivity, quality, and traceability

Coordinate the daily operation of reverse logistics and asset recovery

Manage the team in charge: Workloads, priorities, performance, and development

Control the accuracy of the equipment and spare parts inventory and supervise disposal according to internal policies

Define and monitor the area's KPIs; prepare recovery, inventory, and cost reports

Follow up on action plans from audits and internal controls

Coordinate with operation, engineering, and warehouse; manage the relationship with internal and external clients

Identify improvements to maximize asset reuse and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

EDUCATION

• Technician in electromechanics or related careers
• Training in reverse logistics, electronics, telecommunications, inventory control, Excel, advanced Power BI, KPI management.
• English B2+ or higher

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years in logistics, manufacturing, electronic repair, or related fields.
• Management of direct and outsourced personnel.
• Desirable experience in internet and TV providers.
• Indispensable experience in process and inventory management.

Others:

B1 driver's license.
