Purchasing Team Lead. - Ladies and Gentlemen

Your tasks

Lead the purchasing strategy for the new clothing brand for ladies and gentlemen (with a greater emphasis on ladies) from its launch: build the product offering for each season (assortment, price architecture, depth, and delivery times), manage the purchasing budget, and ensure that the right product arrives at the right time and in the right quantity to meet sales, margin, and turnover objectives, while safeguarding the brand's identity and quality.

Requirements

Profile. Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Fashion Design, or related field (graduated). Specialty or diploma in Fashion Buying/Merchandising is desirable. Experience: 5 years (min. 2 leading teams) Experience: Fashion purchasing in retail private labels, leading purchasing and/or commercialization teams. Experience in ladies' clothing is indispensable; experience in brand launches and e-commerce channels is desirable. Knowledge: Planning, purchasing, demand forecasting, costing, and margins. SAP, advanced Excel (pivot tables, forecasting models); Power BI is desirable. Supplier management. Imports and development of national suppliers. Advanced English 80–90% Availability to travel.
