Real Estate Project Planning Trainee - (Engineers or Architects) – zone 14

They will be responsible for supporting the General Management in the execution of mini projects and information analysis of the company's different businesses. They will follow up on results, validating data quality and developing tools that allow for the visualization of the performance of different operations. They will analyze indicators related to sales, occupancy, profitability, operation, and other results of the different businesses. They will prepare executive reports on project progress.

• Schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Salary between Q7,000.00 and Q9,000.00. Depending on studies, experience, and salary history.

We require:

• Man or woman between 25 and 35 years old.
• Essential: graduate in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Desirable: with a Master's in Project Management.
• 1 year of experience as a trainee or university intern, participating in the execution of projects oriented towards continuous improvement and process optimization within a company. Preferably in the construction or real estate development sector.
• Essential: Intermediate English.
• Essential: Advanced Excel, for the creation of dashboards and data analysis.
• Organized, attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal relationships.
• Availability to work in zone 14.
