Sales Executive - Air, Land, or Sea Freight Forwarding Agency

They will be responsible for following up on a client portfolio and growing it through client prospecting both in the city and in the interior of the republic, closing sales, and preparing daily and weekly reports on their commercial activity. They must timely report sales closures and generated commissions for their corresponding payment management. They will provide operational support if necessary and, very occasionally, will perform document collection at airlines, shipping lines, and sanitary permit procedures. They must achieve commercial goals through the sale of air, maritime (FCL and LCL), and land freight transport services, as well as customs services, cargo insurance, cargo stored in fiscal or general warehouses, and consolidated cargo.

We offer:

• Schedule Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 70% field work and 30% office work.
• Salary INVOICED between Q6,500.00 and Q9,500.00 (base of Q4,500.00 plus commissions of 3% to 10% commission per sale of services made).

• Gasoline and mechanical services every 5,000 km.
• Per diem when traveling to the interior of the republic.
• Extra bonus according to achievement of departmental goals.

We require:

• Man or Woman 25 years of age and older.
• University studies in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related career.
• 2 years of experience in sales of air, maritime, and land freight, cargo insurance, cargo in General Warehouse, fiscal, and consolidated cargo as an Advisor or sales executive, indispensable in Freight Forwarding Agencies or Shipping Lines.
• Desirable to have a client portfolio.
• Desirable knowledge and handling of Import and export cargo, customs processes, and handling of cargo in fiscal and general warehouses.
• Intermediate English.
• Qualities: excellent interpersonal relations, negotiation skills, responsible, organized, assertive communication, results-oriented.
• Availability to travel to the Interior of the Republic.
• Offices located in zona 11 and in zona 13.
