Warehouse Team Leader

Team Management: Assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff and monitoring work performance.

Operations Supervision: Overseeing the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of goods, as well as their preparation for shipment or issuance.

Inventory Control: Regularly updating records and ensuring that physical stock levels match the manual or electronic system.

Conducting Inventory Counts: Supervising periodic and continuous stocktaking processes and addressing any discrepancies or shortages.

Standard Implementation: Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety policies and goods storage guidelines.

Reporting: Submitting periodic reports to management regarding inventory status, team performance, and workflow.

• Previous experience working as a Warehouse in FMCG companies
• Experience in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree
