Utilities Supervisor

Our client has grown into one of the most important players in the world in the field of frozen potato products for private labels.

Your role:

The Utilities team is responsible for the production of water, steam, cooling, compressed air, electricity, wastewater, and waste processing for the entire site. The team is also responsible for Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis of wastewater to reuse as much water as possible.

The main role of the Utilities Supervisor is to support the rest of the team in:

• Delivering laboratory analysis results.
• Training operators and technicians.
• Drafting supporting documents (FID, checklists, etc.).
• Analyzing various malfunctions.
• Advising the team tasked with daily management and proposing improvements where necessary.
• Establishing and monitoring established KPIs.
• You have a technical background such as bio-engineer or a bachelor's degree with experience in this sector.
• Knowledge of electricity and mechanics is a plus.
• You have good practical insight, an analytical mind, and are curious by nature.
• You can easily adapt to various working environments.
• You enjoy working in a team, so management experience is a plus.
• You have a good command of English, Dutch is a plus.
• Finally, you are safety-, quality-, and performance-oriented.
