Executive Project Manager Equestrian

Our client is a leading player in industrial construction.

As Executive Project Manager Equestrian, you are the pivotal figure who brings this vision to life – from coordinating construction projects in the equestrian sector, to working closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver every project to perfection, from drafting and monitoring schedules and budgets, to the daily management of the construction site and solving operational challenges.

What will you do?

• You lead equestrian construction projects from A to Z
• You are responsible for full project management: from project administration to project preparation, through to execution and delivery
• In the preparatory phase, you work together with the project preparer on the plans
• Together with the project preparer, estimator, and support services, you ensure punctual planning and correct returns
• You monitor budgets, schedules, safety, and quality throughout the entire process
• You manage the construction site and ensure smooth execution
• You coordinate the consultation and site meetings with the assembly teams, architect, client, subcontractors, and suppliers
• You continuously monitor progress and adjust where necessary
• You are the point of contact for clients, architects, and suppliers
• You hold customer satisfaction in high regard
• You report directly to the Head of Execution
• Solid experience in project follow-up within the construction sector
• Strong communication skills and organizational talent
• Multilingualism in French, English is a necessity
• Affinity with the equestrian world is a plus, curiosity about the sector is a must
