Transport Planner Road Transport Eastern Europe

Your tasks

• Managing and coordinating import and export files for road transport to and from Eastern Europe
• Maintaining contact with carriers, customers, and customs services
• Preparing and checking transport and customs documents
• Making price agreements and negotiating with carriers
• Following up on shipments and proactively responding to any delays
• Collaborating with internal teams to optimize logistical processes
• Experience as a freight forwarder in road transport or a degree in logistics
• Knowledge of import and export procedures and transport documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Accurate, stress-resistant, and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English, knowledge of Eastern European languages is a plus
• Both experienced freight forwarders and recent graduates with a logistics background are welcome!
