Construction Project Manager – Equestrian

For a specialized construction partner in the equestrian sector, we are looking for an Executive Project Manager with technical impact, organizational talent, and a healthy curiosity about the world of riders and horse lovers.

In this role, you will lead prestigious construction projects from A to Z – from planning to execution – and ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to perfection.

What you do As a project manager, you are the central point of contact on and alongside the construction site. You ensure structure, progress, and quality. And you know how to connect clients, architects, and subcontractors around one goal: perfectly executed projects.

Specifically:

• You lead equestrian construction projects from concept to delivery
• You coordinate the entire workflow: from preparation to execution
• You work closely with project preparers, calculators, and supporting services
• You monitor budgets, deadlines, safety, and quality
• You lead site meetings and manage assembly teams and subcontractors
• You are the fixed point of contact for clients, architects, and suppliers
• You closely monitor progress and proactively adjust when necessary
• You report to the Head of Execution
• An experienced site manager or project manager who brings structure and achieves progress.

What you bring:

• Experience in project follow-up within the construction sector
• Strong organizational and communicative skills
• Fluent in French and English
• Affinity with the equestrian world is a plus – interest is a must
• You work independently, but enjoy consultation
• You have an eye for detail, but do not lose sight of the big picture
