Commercial air transport charter agent

Our client has been the specialist in air charter transport for 50 years. They provide tailor-made, competitive solutions for all charter needs, both cargo and passenger.

To strengthen their office in Brugge, they are looking for a team player with a passion for aviation for their passenger department. You are a communicative and commercially strong broker (Commercial & Business Aviation) who prepares every charter flight to perfection to guarantee our customers as perfect an operation as possible.

• Managing all aspects of a charter flight - whether by helicopter, private jet, or airliner - from inquiry to quotation, following up with the customer, booking and handling the flight execution until its completion
• Preparing charter quotations; communicating and negotiating with suppliers; preparing detailed and competitive quotations for customers in the Benelux and France; following up on quotations and striving for a booking.
• English is the base language in aviation and with our foreign colleagues;
• additionally, you speak and write a decent amount of French (given we have customers in French-speaking Belgium, Luxembourg, and France);
• you have a professional appearance and are pleasant in dealing with customers;
• you have a commercial mindset and an eye for detail;
• you are eager to learn and can collaborate well in a team;
• you hold a higher education degree;
• you are proficient with a computer and standard software.
• customer service is a given for you, therefore you have no problems with sporadic work outside of office hours;
• you deal constructively with suppliers, customers, time pressure, and any potential problems.
