As a Business Development Associate , you will:

• Represent established brands through face-to-face customer engagement.
• Communicate with customers and understand their needs.
• Present and promote products, services and campaigns professionally.
• Develop strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Work closely with a team to achieve campaign and business goals.
• Take on increasing responsibilities as you develop your skills.

No prior sales experience? That's okay. You’ll receive structured training, coaching and mentorship to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Monthly earnings: $2,800 – $4,800 Your actual earnings may vary depending on performance, campaign and other factors. We also provide opportunities for career development, leadership progression and overseas exposure .
