Tech Lead / Responsable Technique (M/F)

You will be the technical guarantor of Solinum: you will develop by yourself, you will make structuring architecture decisions, and you will grow the development team.

Main Mission

Guarantee the quality, velocity, and viability of Solinum's developments, by ensuring a strong operational role (development), a technical leadership role (architecture, vision), and a team support role (upskilling other Developers).

Main Responsibilities

Contribute to the vision and technological evolution (30%)

• Understand the challenges of Solinum's digital products (Soliguide, Solidata, management tools) and translate them into coherent technical choices
• Act as guarantor of structuring architecture choices, in coherence with the product vision

• Carry the technical vision: be proactive, challenge directions, guarantee overall coherence
• Participate in the development of the Tech & Product Roadmap and ensure its realization

• Conduct regular technological monitoring to fuel innovation
• Participate in responses to calls for projects by sizing technical estimations

Grow the team and manage external service providers (30%)

• Support, challenge, and upskill the team's Developers: close monitoring, unblocking, feedback
• Manage and delegate to occasional or regular external freelancers

• Encourage development best practices: DevOps, continuous integration, documentation, technical debt management
• Structure the team's processes and tools to provide fluidity and quality

• Integrate security into the team's practices and developments

Develop impactful features (40%)

• Actively participate in the development of solutions during sprints
• Validate major technical design choices across all products

• Be proactive and propose optimal solutions in terms of cost / impact
• Ensure the quality of deliveries

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation

Profile sought Technical Skills

• 8+ years of experience in development, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Mastery of Full Stack development (ideally: Angular on the front end; NodeJS, Express, MongoDB on the back end). Ability to quickly learn new frameworks and technologies

• Ability to arbitrate between several technical solutions by integrating dimensions of social impact, cost, maintainability, security, and technical performance
• Extensive general IT culture: software architecture, data, infrastructure, AI, security, automation, and modern engineering practices

• Concrete experience in using AI in software development (development agents, code generation, automation, design assistance). Ability to integrate these evolutions into the team's organization
• Mastery of English
