- Review landscape drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Supervise and follow up on the execution of hardscape and softscape works.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project disciplines.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and quantity take-offs.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Follow up on plant selection, soil preparation, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance requirements.
- Prepare technical and progress reports and provide solutions to site-related issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in landscape design and/or site execution.
- Strong knowledge of hardscape and softscape works.
- Good knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, soil preparation, and landscape materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or 3ds Max is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and meet project deadlines.
