PLC Control Engineer - HVAC Systems

CONTROL ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Education: Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical (degree completed)
• Availability to travel (Type A driver's license)
• Intermediate English

Experience in:

• Siemens PLC and HMI
• Dealing with contractors and clients
• Startup of HVAC equipment
• Commissioning of HVAC
• Configuration of field instrumentation
• Design of electrical plans and diagrams from scratch
• Integration of different devices used on-site
• Commissioning and startup of HVAC equipment and frequency drives
• Field experience, service, and/or application of AHUs
• Use of measurement instrumentation and flow control

Main responsibilities:

• Technical review and commissioning of air treatment and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of failures in the field, both mechanical and electrical, of AHUs.
• Automation of AHUs
• Application of basic thermodynamics knowledge to evaluate system performance.
• Use of controls and control systems (frequency drives, relays, sensors).
• Attention to industrial clients regarding claims, technical support, and commercial advisory (field visits)
• Instrumentation and measurement of parameters (flow, pressure, humidity, voltage, current).
• Documentation and reporting of functional tests to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration with the commercial area to support the selection and application of appropriate equipment.
