Senior Procurement Engineer

Prepare and manage procurement plans according to project schedules.

Handle negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best offers.

Prepare and review comparison sheets and price analyses for all project packages.

Develop and maintain the approved vendor list and ensure supplier qualification.

Analyze project items and BOQs to ensure technical and commercial compliance.

Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to meet project timelines.

Coordinate with design, technical, and site teams to align material requirements.

Ensure materials meet project specifications, quality, and budget targets

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a procurement engineer in high-end/luxury projects (fit-out, commercial, or residential).

Strong background in finishing materials and project cost analysis.

Excellent skills in negotiation, communication, and reporting.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
