Contract Engineer

Manage and administer construction and fit-out contracts from award through project completion.

Review and interpret contract conditions, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and other contractual documents.

Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, notices, and key deadlines.

Prepare, review, and manage Variations, Claims, EOTs, and contractual notices .

Review subcontractor and supplier contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.

Manage contractual correspondence with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Identify contractual and commercial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.

Review payment terms, interim payment applications, deductions, and contractual entitlements.

Coordinate with Project Management, Commercial, Procurement, Technical Office, and Finance teams.

Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, variations, claims, and related correspondence.

Support the resolution of contractual disputes and negotiations when required.

Ensure all contractual activities comply with company policies and applicable laws

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.

8–12 years of relevant experience in contract management within the construction or fit-out industry.

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, claims, variations, and EOT procedures.

Good understanding of FIDIC and other standard forms of construction contracts.

Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in high-end fit-out and finishing projects .

Experience working with consultants, developers, and main contractors.
