We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician who is responsible for the maintenance and optimization of our technical installations. At Solarge in Weert, we produce unique, circular solar panels that contribute to a more sustainable world. Our factory is modern, innovative, and constantly developing. You will receive an extensive onboarding and learning program from us, because our machines and processes are largely designed specifically for us. You will learn step by step how everything works.
What will you do?
In this role, you are essential to keeping our factory running. You ensure that our machines perform optimally by:
- Performing preventive maintenance
- Analyzing and resolving malfunctions
- Improving the reliability and performance of the installations
- Thinking along about optimizations in the production process
You will work with a high-tech machine park that is continuously developing. Not a standard factory, but an environment in which you truly understand, influence, and improve technology. You will work closely with Operators, Engineers, and fellow technicians in an international team where English is the working language.
What do you bring?
- You have completed a technical education in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and/or mechatronics
- Preferably, you have several years of experience in a maintenance role within a production environment
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, and automation
- Good command of the English language
- Strong organizational skills and accuracy in work execution
- Proactive work attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility in working hours, if necessary for standby service or maintenance outside regular hours
