With 25 years in the field, the company operates 12 boutiques: Athens (Kifisia, Kolonaki, Glyfada), Mykonos, Spetses, and Paros.

Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager for our central warehouse in Peania, responsible for managing clothing, footwear, and accessories from luxury brands.

Your responsibilities

• Overall warehouse management: Organization and supervision of the daily operations of the central warehouse.
• Team management: Guiding, coordinating, and evaluating personnel, with the goal of productivity, cooperation, and adherence to procedures.
• Receiving and shipping: Checking and coordinating receiving, registration, picking, packing, and product movement.
• Inventory management: Ensuring inventory accuracy, correct registration of codes, sizes, and colors, as well as conducting regular stocktakes.
• Product protection and management: Ensuring the correct storage, management, and presentation of products, with particular attention to their condition.
• Organization and optimization: Improving layout, processes, and daily workflow.
• Performance monitoring: Checking productivity, order accuracy, inventory discrepancies, and adherence to schedules.
• Collaboration with other departments: Effective coordination with Retail, E-commerce, and other involved departments.

Requirements

We are looking for a professional with strong organizational and leadership skills, who can take charge of the overall warehouse operation, effectively lead their team, and ensure high levels of accuracy, speed, and quality at every stage of the supply process.

The profile we are looking for

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager position or a similar position of responsibility.
• Proven experience in team management and coordination.
• Experience in inventory management and the operation of an organized warehouse.
• Ideally, previous experience in fashion retail, luxury brands, clothing, footwear, or accessories.
• Good knowledge of ERP/WMS and MS Excel.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Ability to organize, schedule, and manage multiple priorities.
• Methodical approach, responsibility, decisiveness, and attention to detail.
• Practical mindset, willingness to solve problems, and result-oriented.
