Job Description:

AT SOGITEC, YOU WILL BE:

Within the Program Management Department, you will be in charge of managing programs for aircraft, helicopter, or drone simulators, and more generally training and instruction means. These programs cover all phases of simulator development, from design and production to on-site installation at the Client's location and their operational support.

More specifically, your role will be:

Mainly, during the contract execution phase:

• To ensure the contractual relationship with the Client in a context of programs of very diverse sizes, ranging from a simple retrofit of an existing simulator to the creation of a complete crew training center in France or abroad.
• To define and structure the program and then manage it while respecting overall costs, deadlines, and technical compliance. In a cross-functional organization, you are responsible for the work of the team mobilized on the program, a team composed of actors from technical departments, both software and hardware.
• To ensure the contractual relationship with industrial partners, in coordination with the Purchasing Department in the case of subcontracting.

But also, during the tender response phase:

• To capture and refine the Client's needs and creatively manage the proposal to respond to them regarding project management, industrial setups, technical aspects, quotes, and risk management with a focus on competitiveness.
• To produce the proposal for the "technical" and "programmatic" parts.
• To provide support to the Sales Department during the proposal and negotiation phases, and even during prospecting.

Work location: Suresnes, regular travel is to be expected in France and/or internationally.

Profile sought:

TODAY YOU ARE:

A generalist Engineer, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience. Experience in the field of defense, aeronautics, and/or simulation is a plus.

Personality:

• Natural aptitude for leadership to mobilize and motivate energy within a matrix organization context and frequent industrial partnerships.
• Ability to capture operational needs and negotiate.
• Ability to synthesize complex issues and to grasp technical, contractual, and legal subjects alongside specialists.
• Sense of decision-making and responsibility.
• Organizational capacity for structuring and planning.
• Strong concern for the cost/deadline/performance triad.

You have a very good level of English.
