Consulting Manager

Are you a person with experience in the consulting industry and insight into the IT industry? Here at Software Skills' sister company Codic Consulting, we are currently looking for a Consulting Manager with strong social skills and the ambition to create a goal-oriented workgroup!

Software Skills is a recruitment company specialized in software and IT. We match the best developers, testers, and other IT experts with challenging jobs in Göteborg. Our customer base includes small startups and consulting firms as well as international product companies. What sets us apart from the average recruitment company is our IT background and proprietary knowledge tests. So far, we have recruited more than 100 candidates from all over the world to exciting jobs, including consulting assignments.

Over the past few years, two new companies have been added: Future Skill, which distributes our knowledge tests, and Codic Consulting, which is responsible for the consultants.

On behalf of Codic Consulting, we are now looking for someone with at least a couple of years of experience as a people manager, preferably with a network within the IT industry. You should be fearless and driven, unpretentious and responsible, and have the will to test new paths, as the role is new and you will have the opportunity to influence the company's structure and future. As a person, you need to be a people person with good empathy and experience in handling different types of personalities. Since many meetings with both consultants and companies take place in English, it is important that you master the language fluently.

It is a merit if you have knowledge in sales, HR, or IT. Codic Consulting has grown significantly over the last six months and currently includes 18 developers and testers working on various projects around town. As the company expands, we need a self-driven, organized, and creative person to take over responsibility for the consulting side, which includes HR as well as sales and customer care.

A large part of the responsibility lies in finding new partners, and it is definitely a plus if you have contacts in the industry - however, even more important is that you take initiative and value our consultants' development. This is a new role, and you therefore have the opportunity to decide for yourself how you want to approach and structure the tasks.

• salary discussions
• customer contact and new customer acquisition
• budget and reporting
• sales and customer care
• activities and events
