Your tasks

Overview: As a Telemarketing Agent, you will be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, engaging with potential customers and creating meaningful connections. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your persuasion skills and marketing mindset will directly contribute to our growth.

• Execute cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify new leads.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage your pipeline.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight our value proposition.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align outreach strategies with current campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries with active listening and professional problem-solving.

Requirements

• English B2 or C

• Experience: 0-1 years of experience (Perfect for fresh graduates or those looking to pivot into sales).
• Career Level: Entry Level candidates with a hunger to learn and grow.
• Core Skills: Proficiency in Sales, Marketing, and Communication Skills is essential.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and manage Lead Generation workflows.
• Soft Skills: Strong Persuasion, Active Listening, and Negotiation abilities are key to succeeding in this role.
• Work Ethic: Excellent Time Management and a proactive approach to Problem Solving.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
