Application Support and Monitoring Engineer - Anywhere in Mexico / Conversational English

Monitor and provide support for mission-critical applications in a production environment. The position focuses on reviewing alerts, supervising application health, performing basic troubleshooting activities, analyzing logs, and supporting incident resolution, working under defined service level agreements (SLA).

Log analysis, Incident Management, SQL, Cross-functional collaboration.

Desirable: AWS (S3) + 2 years of experience

CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH

Go to the office 3 times a week if you are located near a Softtek Site (Monterrey, Ensenada, Aguascalientes, CDMX, and Guadalajara). Rotating morning and afternoon shifts; weekend on-call duties are performed.
