Technical Manager / Lead

Softspace Technologies LLC is a software development firm based in Cairo Egypt with a head office in United Arab Emirates . We are looking for a Technical Manager / Lead to run the Odoo Application Development and Other Software Developments . The Ideal Candidate needs to be well experienced in Technical Matters of IT Softwares and should hold a deep understanding of Java , HTML , CSS , Odoo and Python.

Key Responsibilities of the role : Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions.

Architect and scale complex business modules using Odoo and Python.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding and system architecture.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.

Manage system performance, security, and integration with third-party applications.

Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on Odoo and Python.

Proven track record in a technical leadership or management role, leading teams through successful ERP deployments.

Deep understanding of Odoo architecture, PostgreSQL, and customisation.

Strong proficiency in Python and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
