Technical Manager

Your tasks

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions.
• Architect and scale complex business modules using Odoo and Python.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding and system architecture.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
• Manage system performance, security, and integration with third-party applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on Odoo and Python.
• Proven track record in a technical leadership or management role, leading teams through successful ERP deployments.
• Deep understanding of Odoo architecture, PostgreSQL, and customisation.
• Strong proficiency in Python and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
