Project Manager

SoftShark is looking for a IT Project Manager to be responsible for managing software development projects and cross-functional teams. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, tools, and theories and AI dirven best practicies.

Partner with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new functionality.

Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet customer needs.

Prepare documentation for customers, developers, and management.

Drive and support project sprint planning and story estimation processes

Provide technical and functional application support

Provide functional application knowledge to customers and developers.

Keep abreast of best practices and approaches in business analysis.

Advanced knowledge of English is a must (C1).

At least 2 years of Project Management experience in a related field is a must

Experience with managing AI-Native Engiienering teams

Good understanding of AI tools, Agents and AI automations

At least basic understanding of technical basics

Good familiarity with Jira, Notion

Strong collaboration skills and ability to stay focused under pressure

Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing

Enthusiastic, quick learner, self-starter
