Responsibilities and assignments

The selected person will have their activities focused on the Operations area and, more specifically, on Softex projects and/or programs. This includes: executing operational activities of technical and administrative support, ensuring the fluidity of the production line and the agile progress of projects; organizing and updating internal project management tools, monitoring the granularity of actions and ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines; collaborating on the creation of presentations and status report moments in team meetings, facilitating the alignment of priorities; organizing hiring processes and acting as an interface with suppliers, performing preventive follow-ups to avoid bottlenecks and delays; supporting the issuance of reports and formatting of materials (dashboards, spreadsheets, presentations) to provide visibility to demands and support leadership decision-making; drafting institutional texts (meeting minutes, alignment emails, announcements) with clarity, objectivity, and grammatical correctness; among other activities necessary for the development of the employee, the area, and/or Softex.

Requirements and qualifications

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma completed.
  • Practical knowledge in the use and updating of project/task management tools (e.g., Kanbanize, Trello, Jira, Asana).
  • Mastery of the Office Package (focusing on Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools (Calendar, Meet, Docs, and Slides).
  • English from intermediate level onwards (reading, writing, and conversation for project support and international interactions).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for facilitating meetings and negotiating deadlines with different stakeholders.

DIFFERENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled (final semesters) or completed degree in Administration, Engineering, International Relations, or related areas.
  • Experience with project management support, schedule control, and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Experience or knowledge in technology projects, innovation, startups, or company internationalization.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Spanish Language.
  • Notions of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or experience with workflow mapping and optimization.
