Responsibilities and attributions The selected person will have their activities focused on the Operations area and, more specifically, on Softex's projects and/or programs. This includes: negotiating and managing deadlines, resources, and suppliers, ensuring the quality standard and fulfillment of project/program objectives; conducting meetings, pitches, and relationship agendas (in-person and online) to attract new companies, overcome commercial objections, and build partner loyalty; performing lectures, presentations, and knowledge dissemination actions, both internal and external, regarding their area and the organization's projects/programs; preparing technical documentation, such as performance reports, technical notes, terms of reference, briefings, and opinions; analyzing data, metrics, and strategic indicators, evaluating their direct impacts on the area's activities; planning, implementing, and solving problems in technical projects, using structured methodologies and monitoring results; among other activities necessary for the development of the employee, the area, and/or Softex. Requirements and qualifications ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Complete degree in social communication, marketing, public relations, administration, or equivalent professional experience. Practical experience with active prospecting of corporate clients (SDR/BDR profile), sales argumentation, and funnel management. Experience in monitoring and validating deliveries from agencies/third parties, with analytical capacity to monitor, validate deliveries, and internalize methodologies and processes. Skill in institutional writing and B2B content production aimed at the technology audience. Intermediate English, with sufficient reading and writing to handle communications, international content, and support for missions/fairs. Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools, marketing automation, and email marketing (e.g., HubSpot, RD Station, Mailchimp). DIFFERENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Mastery of corporate social networks (such as LinkedIn and YouTube) and content management and scheduling tools.
