Sales Attendant

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival. Assist customers in selecting gadgets and related accessories based on their needs and preferences. Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information on specifications and pricing. Handle sales transactions efficiently using POS systems. Manage product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly. Keep updated on the latest gadget trends and product knowledge. Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and restocking. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

A minimum of a BSC. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Familiar with social media.
