Senior Project Manager

Are you GAME to JOIN US  and be our new  Senior Project Manager ? SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team!

We are looking for motivated and responsible Senior Project Manager for our Certifications Department. The Ideal candidate needs to have at least 4 years of relevant experience and English proficiency at least B2 level.

Project Management

Manage software certification projects from initiation to completion

Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of certification milestones

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, regulatory, and external certification bodies

Monitor project progress; report on status, risks, and issues to the head of the department

Ensure final reports include the relevant scope of certification, company name, and regulatory details

Certification and Compliance

Understand and interpret relevant certification standards and regulations

Support the development and documentation of certification requirements

Prepare and submit certification documentation to certification bodies

Liaise with certification laboratories and resolve related queries or issues

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and certification records

Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders

Ensure all project and certification documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date

General Responsibilities

Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 4 years of experience in software project management

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

Experience with quality assurance practices and tools

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
