Responsibilities

Betting Analysis & Odds Management: Analyze and monitor betting activity and adjust odds when necessary

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cooperate with Senior Traders and the Risk Management and Pre-Match teams to ensure effective trading operations and risk control

Sports & Market Monitoring: Monitor sporting events and stay up to date with relevant industry developments and market trends

Customized Betting Solutions: Propose tailored betting types and solutions for regional partners based on their specific business needs and requirements

Partner Support: Provide support to regional partners on matters related to the platform, betting products, and trading operations

General Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor that fall within the scope of the position and comply with applicable labor legislation

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

0–2 years of experience in sports betting, trading, or a related analytical role. Previous experience in the trading field will be considered an advantage

General Sports Knowledge: Good overall understanding of sports and sporting events

Mathematical & Analytical Skills: Strong numerical, mathematical, and analytical abilities

Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working efficiently under time pressure and in a dynamic environment

Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Learning Agility & Adaptability: Willingness to learn, develop quickly, and adapt effectively in a dynamic work environment

Shift Work Availability: Willingness to work in shifts, including evening hours and weekends
