CPO's Assistant

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.
We are looking for a highly proactive, organized, and strategic Assistant to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to act as a force multiplier for our product leadership. In this role, you will act as the right-hand operator to our CPO, seamlessly balancing executive administrative management, cross-functional coordination, and high-impact strategic initiatives across the Product, Design, and Engineering organizations. As the CPO’s trusted partner, you will streamline daily operations, manage complex priorities, and keep our executive rhythm running smoothly.
Various Projects Organization
- Follow Up/Track Communication with 3d party Companies
- Product Department Sync. Meeting communication/FollowUp/Tracktion
Operations
- Product Department Meeting notes
- Stationary and Facility related task opening for Product Department
- Documentation Collection
- Provide support during normal business hours with flexibility as necessary to complete off-hours
scheduling and special requests
- Stand Ups with HR/Recruitment
Human resources related operations
- Communication with Product Managers for employee Hiring
- Communication With HR/Recruitment for Employee Hiring
- Follow Up/ Validate that Job Posted
- Communicate the PD Screening with Board Members
- Collecting information after HR phone interview and providing it to Board
- Organize testing with APM
- Schedule date/time for Interviewers
- Communicate with HR to send Offer/Reject
- Communicate/Organize Company onboarding with HR
- Follow Up/Track the Product Onboarding with the PD Coordinator
- Follow Up/Track the Business Onboarding with the PD Coordinator
- Communicate/Organize Job Onboarding with HR
CPO related responsibilities
- CPO LinkedIn page activities connecting Right people, Sharing/Resharing Posts, Write
- Posts(Product/Company)
- Participating in Stand ups between Product teams and CPO
- Meeting set ups for CPO
- Provide support to CPO on a Daily bases organizations
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field
1-3 years in administrative support, coordination, HR coordination, or project management (preferably in IT or Product environment
Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage communication across teams, departments, and external partners
Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
Independent, proactive, and capable of taking initiative
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional and disciplined work ethic
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
