Do you enjoy customer contact, sharing, and local products? Join our team to provide visitors of the Colmar Christmas Market with a warm and authentic experience centered around Alsace wines.

Your tasks

At the heart of one of Alsace's most iconic Christmas markets, you will be a true ambassador for our wines and our expertise. Your main missions will be to:

• Welcome visitors with enthusiasm and ensure quality customer service.
• Advise customers and promote the wines offered for sale.
• Host tastings and introduce the specific characteristics of Alsace wines.
• Develop sales through a dynamic and personalized commercial approach.
• Showcase products and ensure the sales area is well-maintained.
• Participate in the daily management of the stand and work in coordination with the team.

Requirements

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your dynamism, and your sense of service.

Ideally, you possess the following qualities

• Experience in retail, catering, or customer reception.
• Excellent presentation and true interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is essential to welcome an international clientele.
• Proficiency in German is a real asset.
• Knowledge of Alsace wines is appreciated.
• Autonomy, reactivity, and good team spirit.
• The ability to work effectively in a high-traffic environment.
• Availability throughout the entire duration of the Christmas Market.

Other

Job Conditions

• Working time: 5 days per week, according to a rotating schedule.
• Organization: 1 weekend out of 2 worked.
• Opening hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 11 am - 7 pm.
• Friday to Sunday: 10 am - 8 pm.
• December 24: 11 am - 5 pm.
• December 25: 11 am - 7 pm.
