MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN M/F - POSITION BASED IN VITROLLES

Recruitment expert, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician M/F for one of our clients located in Vitrolles (13).

You will be responsible for:

• Intervening in the event of a breakdown according to the importance of non-production costs
• Launching calls for tender with suppliers
• Placing purchase orders for parts and subcontracting
• Processing invoices
• Negotiating contracts with official inspection bodies (VERITAS, APAVE, ....) while ensuring the technical follow-up of files
• Monitoring and guaranteeing compliance with the periodicity of equipment inspections (forklifts, rolling points, ...)
• Ensuring the resolution of anomalies as quickly as possible by prioritizing based on risks and stakes for employee safety and production
• Managing and monitoring the annual budget by optimizing costs
• Proposing the replacement of machines reaching the end of their life cycle
• Receiving new equipment by following the commissioning process and coordinating actions
• Creating and/or updating machine and equipment operating procedures
• Defining maintenance parameters and establishing the preventive intervention schedule
• Managing spare parts stocks (ordering and inventory) by utilizing intervention request forms and respecting rotation rates
• Performing machine meter readings for the cost department
• Developing plans and providing the necessary training for the preventive maintenance of machines
• Ensuring the development of HSE procedures and requirements
• Participating in and leading work and progress meetings
• Performing reporting to management
• Organizing the maintenance department from a perspective of industrial performance improvement
• Supporting and driving the deployment of the GMAO
• Managing corrective and preventive maintenance aiming for the performance objective
• Implementing and monitoring action plans (regulatory monitoring, compliance, monitoring, CHSCT)

With a BAC +2 degree in Industrial Maintenance, you have at least 7 years of experience on a production site. You are a field-oriented person endowed with excellent technical skills, particularly in electromechanics. You speak English fluently and your German is operational. You are proficient in PACK OFFICE.
