Industrial Management Controller (M/F)

About the company

As part of our client's activities, we are looking for an Industrial Management Controller to support the Management in the economic and financial steering of the company.

Your tasks

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager, your main mission will be to provide reliable economic and financial analyses in order to contribute to the operational and strategic steering of the company.

On a daily basis, you will work in close collaboration with the various departments of the company to collect and analyze the information necessary for reporting and decision-making.

• Develop activity forecasts and define objectives
• Implement management procedures and indicators
• Analyze data, monitor indicators, and produce reports
• Participate in accounting closings
• Evaluate activities and perform financial audits
• Analyze variances and propose corrective actions
• Provide support to teams on management and cost analysis topics
• Conduct prospective studies
• Collect information from operational teams and ensure the reporting of financial data to Management

Requirements

You hold a Bac +5 degree, from a business school or a Master 2 specialized in management control, finance, or information systems applied to management control.

You have approximately 3 years of experience in management control and possess a B1 level of English.

Beyond your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is comfortable communicating with operational teams, capable of analyzing data, making it readable, and contributing concretely to the improvement of the company's performance.
