ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT M/F

Expert in recruiting finance professions, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant M/F for one of our clients located in Carrières sous Poissy (78).

Your main missions will be:

• Managing the mailbox for internal and external exchanges of the accounting department
• Entering supplier invoices
• Account reconciliation
• Handling disputes
• Analysis and justification of supplier accounts
• Monitoring and analysis of supplier orders
• Ensuring compliance with the control process to prevent fraud
• Monitoring down payments
• Checking legal elements
• Application of payment deadlines
• Verification of bank details
• Monitoring the procure to pay flow (order to payment)
• Analysis of intercompany transactions
• Recording reclassification entries
• Participating in audit work and responding to management requests
• Validation of expense reports

With a BAC +2 degree in accounting, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

You speak English fluently, and you are proficient in an ERP and EXCEL.
