Laboratory Technician (M/F)
Perform the analyses, controls, and maintenance necessary for the QA laboratory control plan:
- Ensure chemical and physicochemical analyses for the incoming inspection of raw materials, for the control of monomers, products in progress, finished products, as well as "environmental" analyses according to the QA laboratory control plan
- Ensure the compliance of analysis results with standardized norms, and ensure their traceability
- Interpret and transmit analysis results to the requesting departments
- Schedule interventions on the unit during your shift to ensure smooth process operation
- Control and calibrate laboratory and production equipment under the responsibility of the laboratory
- Optimize existing analyses and the basic functions of laboratory equipment
- Optimize existing analyses
- You actively participate in laboratory management, notably:
- Monitoring products in progress
- Drafting documents such as analysis reports, operating methods, and laboratory procedures
You work in close collaboration with manufacturing unit personnel. If you realize there is a problem (including near-misses, dangerous situations, product quality deviations, environmental problems), you act to remedy it and, above all, report it to the relevant personnel and management.
With a BAC +2 degree in chemistry, you have initial experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in a pharmaceutical, food processing, or chemical environment. You master laboratory analysis techniques. You have a high capacity for analysis and writing. You have a strong sense of autonomy and a team-working spirit. You master IT tools (Pack Office, Internet, SAP, instrument control software) as well as English.
