Procurement Buyer (M/F)

Reporting to the Purchasing Director, you will ensure the availability of raw materials, components, and supplies necessary for the smooth operation of the various production sites. On a daily basis, you will:

• Analyze needs based on net requirements calculation (CBN) to guarantee supplies.
• Manage raw material and component stocks by seeking the right balance between availability and optimization of stock levels.
• Place supplier orders and ensure follow-up until their receipt.
• Check order confirmations (lead times, prices, quantities, and references).
• Follow up with suppliers to secure delivery times.
• Conduct consultations and requests for quotation for one-off needs or new projects.
• Contribute to the optimization of purchases by anticipating needs and streamlining supplies.
• Work in close collaboration with the Production, Quality, Receiving, and Sales teams to ensure the fluidity of the supply chain.
• Participate in the development of the supplier panel in France and Europe, as well as the sourcing of new partners in a continuous improvement approach integrating Quality and CSR requirements.
• Ensure the administrative management of purchasing files as well as the reliability of data in the ERP.

You have a minimum of a Bac +2 degree in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, industrial management, or equivalent. Whether you are a motivated beginner or an experienced professional, your desire to learn, your sense of organization, and your commitment are just as important as your background. You are comfortable with procurement processes, order tracking, supplier follow-ups, as well as requirements calculation (CBN). You easily use an ERP and are proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions). Knowledge of metallic raw materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) is a real asset. Language proficiency is an indispensable criterion for this position. You speak German fluently or in a professional context, which is a real asset. Failing that, you must have professional English. Applications that do not master either German or English will unfortunately not be considered, as exchanges with international suppliers are an integral part of the missions. You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, curiosity, and enjoy teamwork. You know how to manage priorities, communicate with various interlocutors, and evolve in a demanding industrial environment. • Remuneration between 28,000 EUR and 35,000 EUR gross annual, depending on your experience and profile.
