TECHNICAL PURCHASER M/F

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will take charge of technical purchases related specifically to industrial and mechanical needs, service provisions, and industrial projects. You will intervene in the entire purchasing process, from the analysis of needs to the monitoring of orders and supplier performance.

On a daily basis, you will:

• analyze purchase requests and support internal clients in defining their needs;
• identify, consult, and select suitable suppliers;
• autonomously manage calls for tender, particularly for amounts below 100 KEUR;
• analyze offers and negotiate the best commercial conditions by seeking the right balance between costs, quality, deadlines, and technical performance;
• ensure the registration, evaluation, and monitoring of suppliers and services;
• establish and track orders in SAP and Coupa, until delivery or completion of the service;
• participate in contractual monitoring and support internal teams in managing discrepancies, claims, and supplier disputes;
• ensure reporting of your activity and the follow-up of calls for tender with internal stakeholders.

In all your actions, you will ensure compliance with purchasing procedures and integrate site requirements regarding safety, quality, environment, and energy: HSE criteria in supplier selection, quality monitoring, and taking environmental issues and energy efficiency into account during consultations and offer comparisons.

With a Bac +2/3 education, you ideally have 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in an industrial environment and within technical purchasing families. Mastery of SAP is indispensable. You also master English, particularly for participating in meetings and exchanges with the group. You are recognized for your rigor, your organization, and your ability to manage several subjects simultaneously. Your interpersonal skills allow you to communicate effectively with both internal teams and suppliers, while your sense of negotiation helps you defend the company's interests with firmness and diplomacy - there is no need to win every negotiation through a tug-of-war. Autonomous and pragmatic, you enjoy demanding industrial environments and working in collaboration with different departments.

Benefits: The position benefits from Agent de maîtrise status and an organization with variable hours, with fixed presence slots from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 1:15 PM to 3:30 PM. The working duration is 7h56 per day, with an RTT compensation system. The company also provides an on-site company restaurant, with a remaining cost to the employee of approximately 5 EUR. Added to this are a transport allowance as well as an annual bonus representing slightly more than a 13th month, paid according to the provisions in force in the company.
