IT Governance Manager - in Financiera

Join our Corporate team at SOFIPA as IT Governance Manager. We are looking for strategic talent to ensure technological alignment with company objectives. You will be the primary contact for handling audits (internal and external), as well as being in charge of managing documentary control, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality in project delivery.

Profile Requirements:

• Academic background: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Informática, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position, with more than 5 years of experience participating in audits and process diagramming.
• Language: Basic English.
• Desirable experience in process monitoring.

Indispensable Technical Knowledge:

• COBIT methodology and project management frameworks.
• Quality standards and norms, as well as Information Security.
• Business Process Management (BPM) and use of tools for flow diagramming.
• Knowledge in the operation of ERP systems, CORE BANCARIO, and CRM.

Key Competencies and Skills:

• Analysis, diagnosis, and control of processes focused on continuous improvement.
• Decision-making in complex scenarios, risk management, and methodical problem-solving.
• Leadership to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, with high negotiation capacity and effective communication.
• Evaluation of operational performance through metrics and service level agreements (OLA's and SLA's).

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor technical and general Information Security controls under institutional guidelines.
• Attend to audit requirements and ensure full compliance with remediation plans.
• Manage commercial documentation, contracts (NDA's), and agreements with providers and technological partners.
• Drive the development of the internal team by coordinating their training and certification needs with the respective area.

Position Details:

• Modality: 100% on-site (Oaxaca, Oax.).
• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
