To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Back Office Clerk (m/f/d) at our location in Quickborn at the earliest possible date in part-time (20 – 25 hours/week). Your tasks:

• Professional support of the entire Sales team
• Advising customers and representing the company to customers
• Timely and quality-compliant processing of the quotation process as well as complete order processing including the creation of export documents
• Appointment coordination and other organizational tasks

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (Export Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk or similar) or a qualified business administration background
• Affinity for sales and sociability
• Several years of comparable activity in international sales
• Good knowledge in the area of quotations and statistics
• Very confident handling of MS-Office and with ERP and CRM systems
• Very good English skills
• Customs and compliance knowledge
• Teamwork skills and organizational strength
